1. What is Cap-It?

Cap-It was established to improve the availability of cap and floor protection to small and medium-sized borrowers in the UK.

Cap-It Issuer Limited (the ‘SPV’) is a bankruptcy remote special purpose vehicle.  The SPV buys caps and floors from a panel of international banks and issues corresponding certificates to eligible investors.  The certificates have the same cash flows as caps and floors.
